Extend coverage without starting over

If most of your system works but one area doesn't, replacing everything may be ridiculous.

When the existing network is compatible, we may be able to add a properly placed access point or mesh node and improve coverage for under $1,000.

  • Keep usable equipment already doing its job
  • Target a weak row, pool, clubhouse or campsite area
  • Place equipment based on terrain and RF physics
  • Build the improvement so it can fit a later expansion

Final feasibility depends on existing equipment, power/backhaul, terrain and the area that needs coverage.

The problem

More bandwidth is not always the answer.

Campgrounds are brutal RF environments: trees, hills, buildings, long rows, metal RVs, changing occupancy and equipment placed where it was convenient instead of where it works.

Sometimes the Internet connection is the bottleneck. Sometimes the Internet is fine and the park simply isn't distributing it well.

“The office Wi-Fi is great, but the sites are terrible.”
That usually points to distribution, placement or RF design.
“It works until the park fills up.”
That can be capacity, interference, airtime or upstream bandwidth — and those are different fixes.
“We already spent money on equipment.”
Good. If it can be used intelligently, we'd rather keep it than sell you the same thing twice.
“One row just can't get online.”
That may be solvable as a focused expansion instead of a park-wide rebuild.
